She helps turn the Group’s big vision into a clear, repeatable process from the first conversation with a client to the final signature at the closing table.

 

Licensed as a real estate agent and active in the Dallas–Fort Worth market, Kelsey leads the Sky Luxury Realty division and plays a central role in Sky Luxury Interiors, where presentation, design, and merchandising come together to support higher absorption and premium pricing. Her unique strength is tying all of these disciplines back to what matters most for owners and operators: clarity, communication, and consistent execution.

 

In her role as COO, Kelsey:

 

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of Sky Luxury Group’s realty and interiors initiatives
• Builds and refines systems, checklists, and workflows so every client and partner receives a high level of service
• Coordinates timelines between media, management, interiors, and field teams so projects move smoothly, not chaotically
• Supports agents and partners with the structure they need to deliver at a luxury standard, even in fast-moving environments
